Aniimo Eggs measures how often each egg actually drops, and publishes the result with the sample size attached. That is the whole reason it exists.
Why this site is here
There are already a dozen good Aniimo wikis. Between them they cover the creature dex, interactive maps, spawn conditions and the systems — several of them well, and the publisher runs an official wiki of its own. None of that needed doing again.
What none of them publish is a measured drop rate. Search for one and you find nothing. That is the gap this site fills, and it is the only thing here you cannot get somewhere else.
What you can hold us to
Every rate is published with its sample size and a confidence interval, and an egg gets no page of its own until enough observations exist to say something meaningful. Nothing is estimated, nothing is rounded to look better, and a figure that cannot be stood behind is not published at all.
Before launch there was nothing to measure, so anything dated before 16 September describes the closed beta rather than the live game, and is marked that way wherever it appears. Beta builds change, so treat it as an account of the beta rather than documentation of the shipped game. How the measured data works is written up here.
Who runs it
One person, anonymously, and deliberately so.
That is a fair thing to be suspicious of, so here is the argument for reading the site anyway: nothing here asks you to take anyone's word for it.Every rate is published with the number of observations behind it and the interval around it, so you can see for yourself whether it is worth anything — a figure from forty draws looks different from one from four thousand, and both are labelled. Below the publication threshold an egg shows “measuring” instead of a number, which is the opposite of what someone inventing figures would do.
Pre-launch material is marked as such wherever it appears and never shares a badge with a measurement, so you always know which kind of thing you are reading. What each number means is set out in full — what the sample size is, what the interval is, and why an egg gets no page until there is enough behind it to say anything.
A named author is worth something to a reader and to a search engine, and going without is a real cost rather than a clever move. It is accepted on purpose: this site publishes numbers about a game, and a name would not make a single one of them more true. Verifiable beats trustworthy — a name you have never heard is not evidence either.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, it might well be — rates shift when the game is rebalanced, and beta sources go stale. Anything that disagrees with what is published gets re-checked against the original evidence rather than defended.

Aniimo, its characters, artwork and trademarks belong to their owners. Creature artwork shown here is the publisher's, used to identify the creatures being written about. No personal data is collected from anyone reading this site, and there is no advertising on it.
