How to redeem an Aniimo code

There is no redemption website — it is done inside the game, and it takes about two minutes for the whole list.

1. Open Phone menu
2. Tap Settings
3. Tab Account
4. Pick Gift Code Redemption
5. Then Mailbox

1. Unlock the screen first. Finish the tutorial, take down Turbo, and start the Chasing the Clouds main story quest in Bloomville. Before that, both the mailbox and the redemption menu are locked, which is the usual reason a perfectly good code seems to do nothing.
2. Open Settings. The gear, from the phone menu. Go to the Account tab and pick Gift Code Redemption.
3. Type the code exactly. Capitals included — ANIIMOGIFTand aniimogift are not the same code. A code that takes answers Redeemed Successfully.
4. Collect from the mailbox. Nothing is handed over on the redemption screen. Open your in-game mail and claim the attachment; the message usually appears at once but can take a few minutes.

There is no Gift Code Redemption option

It is still locked. Finish the tutorial, take down Turbo and start Chasing the Clouds in Bloomville — the menu and the mailbox open then.

The game refuses the code

Check the capitals first: ANIIMOGIFT is not aniimogift. Then check the expired list, and remember each code works once per account.

aniimazingfroyo fails

It is US server only. On any other server the game turns it down, and every other code on this page still works.

It said Redeemed Successfully, but nothing arrived

Rewards are never handed over on that screen. Open your in-game mail and claim the attachment; the message can take a few minutes to land.

Each code can be redeemed once per account, and a code can be pulled without warning, so it is worth spending the two minutes now rather than next month.
