Does the main story have voice acting?
The main story campaign features voice acting in multiple languages.
◇verified at launch · Sept 2026
The voice work is attached to the main questline specifically. Aniimo splits its story content in two: the main questline, and a spread of side quests running alongside it. Voicing is a main-campaign feature, and the side quests are a separate body of content that nothing so far places under the same treatment. Plan on the critical path being performed and the optional work being read.
Multiple languages means you are not stuck with one dub. Pick the audio track you want and the campaign plays in it. Which languages ship, and whether the set grows before release, is not settled yet.
One thing to keep in mind if you are building a character: nothing about the customization system tells you how your own character sits inside the voiced scenes. Treat the voice acting as something the campaign does around you, not necessarily something your creation does.
Not settled: The language lineup itself has not been pinned down, and side-quest dialogue has not been shown to carry voice work the way the main questline does.
