Does Turbo build Shrouded Mist off the field?

Turbo builds Shrouded in Mist stacks passively while off the field, reaching it after 20 seconds.

Leave Turbo benched for 20 seconds and it comes back with Shrouded in Mist already built. The stacks and counters pile up on their own while another Aniimo does the fighting, so you never spend field time on charging it.

That suits the way the game wants you to play. Energy comes from one pool shared by the whole party, so firing active skills on one creature starves the rest of the roster, and planned swaps get more out of that pool than spamming. Turbo pays you for rotating: put it on the bench, play someone else for a while, then switch back once the 20 seconds are up.

The time on the field counts too. Turbo's core skill raises team damage and break efficiency by 15%. In Egg Heist, switching to a benched Aniimo lets you call on its core skill, so a Turbo sitting out to build mist still has a way into the fight.
