Is the Prismana nurturing chance a flat rate?
The base probability of triggering a Prismana Aniimo appearance during nurturing is a flat rate that stays the same across all attempts.
◇Sept 2026
Flat means the roll on your hundredth nurturing action is the same roll as your first. There is no ramp, no counter building toward a guaranteed trigger, and no reward for a long unbroken session. It also holds regardless of regional energy levels, so a zone already soaked in prismatic energy triggers Prismana Flow at the same base chance per action as one you have barely touched. The only thing you control is how many attempts you make.
That does not make nurturing pointless between triggers. Nurturing cultivates an area to generate Prismana energy, it helps with capturing Prismana Aniimo once one appears, and it lets you change the weather. Weather matters on its own, because specific conditions trigger Prismana spawns in certain locations. Treat nurture as setup for the encounter rather than as a dial you can turn to raise the odds.
Catching rolls too
Prismana Flow is triggered primarily through Nurture, but catch attempts carry the same kind of flat base probability. A Lucky Strike while catching can award items, raise prismic energy in the surrounding area, and has a chance to start a Prismana Flow immediately. Capturing many Aniimo in a zone also lets you release Prismana energy there. So a session spent catching is not a session spent off the clock.
What you get when it lands
A Prismana is an exceptionally rare, radiant variant of a Nova-stage Aniimo of the same species, with a modified 3D model and an alternate color palette. It can spawn with shiny or sparkling status at the same time. Whether the change goes past appearance is not settled: it is described both as purely visual and as an empowered form.
Stats are the clearer part. Prismana variants do not inherently have better stats, moves or abilities, and different forms of the same Aniimo share identical base stats. The differences that do exist are specific. Prismana Blazen has an exclusive Dark-type skill but deals less break damage than other Break Aniimo. Prismana Fenmane, the Prismana form of the Lightning-element Fenmane, has an exclusive Light-element skill. Prismana Glacie's exclusive Flickering Shot grants an unconditional 15% team damage buff for 15 seconds. Others change nothing in typing: Prismana Pawney stays pure Dark, and Prismana Ignitis shares the typing of its Highland form.
Not settled: The flat value is what the base chance became during the closed beta, so older odds for nurturing no longer describe the game. The facts settle the base rate only, and nothing states what, if anything, can modify it above that base.
