What is the Xbox pre-order bonus?
Pre-ordering on Xbox Series X grants an exclusive cosmetic accessory, but which one is unsettled: it is given as both a baby Skybones and the Xbox-themed Doggo Dude.
This one is not settled.
Both versions are shown because the disagreement is itself information — usually it means the mechanic changed between beta builds.
Pre-order packs come in a $9.99 Advanced Edition and a $19.99 Collector's Edition. On European Xbox storefronts, the Collector's Edition is listed at €23.
Both tiers focus strictly on cosmetics and reference materials. The $9.99 package adds the Advanced Companion Guide and the Furry Friend head pet. Choosing the $19.99 Collector's Edition provides the Collector's Companion Handbook, the platform accessory, and an included Primegy Battery that is not listed for other platforms.
None of these items alter game balance. Paid bundles contain no exclusive gameplay gear, and their contents can be acquired through normal gameplay.
Not settled: The platform accessory tied to the Xbox pre-order bundle is not settled yet, appearing as both the Doggo Dude and a baby Skybones.
