Can assist Aniimo use ultimates in Interlink?
In Holo Battle Interlink only the main Aniimo's ultimate can be used; assist slots such as Somni Wing cannot use theirs.
You also cannot switch into an assist to fire its ultimate, so Somni Wing's stays locked for the whole match. In Holo Battle Interlink each player fields one main Aniimo. The other three are summoned as assists, they take no damage, and your ultimate comes from the main Aniimo and nothing else. The same rule applies across the team: you use your own ultimate, never an ally's.
Assists are not empty slots. The second, third and fourth slots can still use their core skill, though not their second skill. A pick like Gracewing, whose assist skill lays down area healing fields, or Turbo, whose core skill raises team damage and break efficiency by 15%, does its job from the bench. A creature you value mainly for its ultimate belongs in the main slot.
## How this differs from Egg Heist
In Egg Heist you switch to your three benched Aniimo to call on their core skills. Interlink does not let you swap the main Aniimo out, so plan your team around one character doing the fighting and three supporting it.
