Can beta details change before launch?
Information and content drawn from beta sessions and builds are subject to change and may differ from the final systems at full launch.
Launch revisions altered numbers, costs, rewards, and entire progression systems. Every beta session displayed a notice that all content was subject to change before launch. Reference material and guides drawn from those early test builds frequently reflect outdated figures or superseded progression paths.
The developers made sweeping mechanical changes between testing and the full release rather than simple balance tweaks. In beta builds, catching a legendary creature was a repeatable, luck-based process. The launch version replaced that system entirely with Legendary Tokens earned through world exploration and story progress, a crafted Legendary Aniipod, and a single scripted encounter where defeating the Legendary Aniimo guarantees the catch.
