Guides › How to fix the Aniimo Not Supported device error
Can updating mobile OS fix launch errors?
Updating the mobile operating system to the latest version can resolve compatibility and launch errors.
Aniimo Mobile requires iOS 16 or later, while Android targets Android 10 or higher.
Running outdated system software often triggers instant startup crashes or storefront blocks. Keeping Android or iOS patched ensures the client correctly detects supported device features when booting.
System Requirements and Android Store Fixes
On Apple hardware, the game requires at least an iPhone 11 running iOS 16, with an iPhone 14 Pro with an A16 chip recommended. On Android, you need at least a Snapdragon 855 processor, though a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 or MediaTek Dimensity 9200 is recommended alongside Android 10 or later.
If updating your Android system software does not clear an incompatible device message, clear the Google Play Store cache and storage data. That resets the storefront's hardware check against your current firmware.
Not settled: An operating system update cannot resolve launch failures caused by unsupported processors or hardware below the minimum specification.
