Guides › How Lucky Strikes Work in Aniimo
Can you get Prismana from a lucky catch?
Triggering a Lucky Strike while throwing pods at a wild Aniimo, meaning a lucky catch or super lucky catch, fills the area's Prismatic Energy and bloom bar to maximum right away, so the regional Prismana Aniimo spawns immediately whatever the energy level was before.
Every capture throw with an Aniipod has a 0.6% chance to trigger a Lucky Strike.
When that trigger occurs, the catch awards bonus credits and materials alongside the sudden surge. Prismana Aniimo can appear at any prismatic energy level if you get lucky, without needing to grind the regional meter up beforehand.
If a regional Prismana Aniimo was already active in the field when a Lucky Strike maxes the energy, it immediately respawns. Standard lucky catches that do not trigger a full strike still contribute bonus Prismatic Energy toward the zone.
Nurture Encounters and Spawns
Triggering a Wild Surge by nurturing a bloom plant spawns 20 wild Aniimo in the immediate area. Achieving lucky catches during these nurture encounters increases Prismana spawn rates while charging the regional bloom meter.
Local weather conditions and the time of day determine which species appear during the surge. Any resulting Aniimo can arrive with both Prismana form and shiny or sparkling status at the same time. Prismana variants share identical base stats with their base forms and do not inherently receive superior abilities, stats, or moves, though Prismana Blazen does possess an exclusive Dark-type skill.
