Guides › Appraising catches: Unappraised potential and duplicates
Can you mass release Aniimo at the research station?
Aniimo can be analyzed and released or transferred individually or in bulk at the research console to free up storage space.
Batch releasing automatically protects shiny and Sparkling specimens from disposal.
Any creature you want to keep permanently should be locked or marked with a star in storage, which stops it from appearing in transfer or release selections entirely. Aniimo must be analyzed at the console before they can be transferred.
While clearing storage in bulk speeds up the loop of catching duplicates for better stats, it carries risks if you do not inspect your box first.
What to Check Before Bulk Releasing
Check an Aniimo for Alpha status, potential grade, and special variants before confirming a purge. Mass release features do not protect weather forms, creatures required for homestead assignments, or specific forms needed for split evolutions.
Because potential is set at the moment of capture, duplicate hunting is standard play. Locking your highest grades and rarest variants ensures you clear out ordinary surplus without losing valuable rolls.
