Do Homeland Aniimo workers need food?

Treat food as an upkeep cost on your labour force, not a one-off. Any Aniimo you house in the Homeland and assign to a job is only pulling its full weight while it is fed, so the feeding routine sits underneath everything else the base produces. Plan it as part of the daily loop rather than something you do when output looks wrong.

That matters because the Homeland is a production facility as much as a sanctuary. You build and furnish houses there, decorate the space, grow crops, and keep the Aniimo you have collected, and those Aniimo can be put on resource farming. They also work as laborers in the RV factory and can help you with jobs around the base. Every one of those roles runs on the same fed-or-not condition, so a hungry roster drags on several outputs at once rather than just one.

There is one part of the base that does not depend on your workers at all. Other players visiting your home can till or harvest your soil, and doing so gives them a share of your crop harvest. That is labour you do not feed and a cut of the yield you do not keep.

Not settled: How far a worker's output drops once it goes unfed is not pinned down, only that maximum efficiency requires feeding.
