Guides › Does potential grade matter? Perfect vs Elite stats
Do Perfect Aniimo have higher base stats?
Perfect-quality Aniimo possess higher baseline stats and potential values upon capture than lower tiers.
Catching duplicates is the main route to finding top-tier stats in the wild.
Every wild Aniimo rolls its innate potential at the exact moment of capture. For a Perfect-grade creature, those rolls sit at the top of the scale, giving it immediate combat advantages over Common, Good, or Elite copies of the same species. A higher Attribute Rank also means larger stat increases each time the creature levels up, widening the performance gap as you progress.
Because an Aniimo's Potential is fixed at capture, you cannot upgrade a lower innate roll into a Perfect one. Players aiming to min-max their team hunt for wild specimens with 9/9 or 10/10 potential scores rather than investing heavy training resources into lower-tier catches.
Variations Between Perfect Catches
Two Perfect Aniimo of the identical species will still differ from each other. Individual catches vary in their stat distributions, specific potential ratings across different attributes, unique traits, abilities, and personalities.
Always inspect your catches before using the research console to clear storage space. Lock or star any high-tier creature immediately. While bulk releases automatically protect Sparkling and shiny creatures, they will happily delete a Perfect Aniimo, an Alpha, or an alternate form if you fail to tag it first.
