Does Aniimo have base building?

The homestead is a personal space rather than a shared hub, and the systems attached to it cover management as well as construction. That pairing matters. A base you only build is finished once you like the look of it. A base you also manage is something you come back to, keep running and keep making decisions about, which puts it closer to the centre of how you spend your time than a cosmetic plot would be.

There is also a homeland system in the game. It is named as its own feature, not as another word for your homestead, so expect the personal base and the homeland to be two things you engage with rather than one. How closely the two are wired together is not pinned down yet.
