Does the Spark Elf event have daily quests?

The event runs for 81 days from launch, so the daily list is something you come back to each day rather than clear once and forget.

Two tracks sit behind the event. Your personal Spark points lead to the free Sparkelf egg at 200 points. The egg hatches in an Outpost Hatchinator, and this event is currently the only way to get Sparkelf. The server-wide community track needs 200 million points from everyone together. It pays out cosmetics at each node and ends with the Fire Sprout Biscuit recipe in the Event Vendor's item exchange.

Daily quests matter most if you want the egg early and want your server to reach the biscuit recipe while the event is still running. The full points system is covered in the linked event article.

Not settled: It is not settled how much the daily quests count toward the Prismana Sparkelf egg. The egg is tied to daily quests, to cumulative daily check-ins, to points earned passively through normal play and to finishing the event track, so the dailies may not be the only route to it.
