Guides › How to burn vines and reach hidden nests in Aniimo
How do Aniimo forms solve environmental puzzles?
Twining into an Aniimo lets certain forms and abilities interact directly with world objects, bypassing exploration obstacles, solving environmental puzzles, and reaching otherwise inaccessible areas.
Certain puzzles require an Aniimo of a specific type or element to clear. Outside of combat, twining merges you with a creature so you can employ its physical traits and innate powers across the terrain. Specific forms interact directly with world puzzles and objects that your human character cannot budge or bypass alone.
Specific creature abilities directly control how you interact with puzzle mechanics. The Gravity Pull talent, also called Manipulate, allows you to lift and move objects to solve open-world puzzle layouts and reach blocked areas. Completing these environmental puzzles across the map rewards Lumin Amber.
Sanctum Restrictions
Inside instanced puzzle shrines called Sanctums, exploration rules change. These mini-dungeons restrict you to twining with select Aniimo provided for the trial, requiring you to use those specific forms to solve a series of environmental puzzles and reach the chest at the end.
