Guides › Egg hatch times and how to speed up incubation
How much does petting reduce incubator time?
Petting or placing an egg into an incubator reduces its incubation timer by 10 minutes.
The Hatchinator caps the Caress interaction at 20 uses, shown by a 20/20 counter. That allowance refreshes daily and applies to any egg currently inside the machine.
Initial placement provides an immediate 10-minute deduction. Putting an egg into the Home Hatcher applies this reduction once per egg, taking time off the clock the moment incubation begins.
Visitor help and base incubators
Visiting players can help accelerate your hatch timers. When friends visit your Homeland base, they can Caress an egg inside your Hatchinator to reduce its remaining incubation time by 10 minutes, up to the shared interaction limit.
Timers continue counting down while you are logged out. Offline progression stacks with every 10-minute reduction applied by your placement or visits from friends.
Not settled: The exact daily reset time for the Hatchinator's 20-use interaction counter is not settled.
