Is Turbo's damage boost flat?
Turbo grants a flat damage increase through its burst ability, and the boost does not stack with other effects.
The boost won't grow when you layer other buffs on top of it, so a second damage buffer beside Turbo adds nothing to it. What Turbo gives you is a fixed amount of extra damage from its burst. It is not a multiplier that gets better as your team's buffs pile up.
That fits the job. Turbo is a pure Support-role Aniimo and one of the top supports alongside Besauce, so the flat damage is one part of its kit. In the Irisalis team, Turbo opens the rotation and its four basic attacks apply its damage and break buff. In the recommended dark team it is the support beside Pawney as main DPS, Infal Lupa for break and Glacy as healer.
## The other parts of Turbo's kit
The flat damage is separate from Turbo's break effect. Activate Shrouded in Mist and then use Nimbus Burst, and Nimbus Burst raises party break efficiency by 30%. That number is a percentage on break, not on damage.
Turbo's ultimate heals allies by dropping collectibles on the ground. Each one restores 6% HP, and together they can heal more than 40% of an ally's health. You can pick Turbo up early, in the Nimbus Fields near the first outpost.
Not settled: Turbo's held item is not settled. The Lightning Needle is the recommended pick, but Turbo also does its support job with no held item, and the Irisalis team runs it with no specific enhancement or held item.
