What does Capacitive Battery do?
The Capacitive (Capacious) Battery speeds up ultimate charging, granting a 30% ultimate point regen buff for 10 seconds and refunding 10% of ultimate points when the ultimate is used.
It pays off on Aniimo whose ultimate does the real work, and Shirou is the standard pick for it. The item exists to get Shirou to his ultimate sooner, so it suits a Shirou build that leans on that move more than on basic attacks or skills.
You get two effects from it. The 30% regen buff lasts 10 seconds and speeds up how fast ultimate points build. The 10% refund lands when you fire the ultimate, so the next charge doesn't start from empty. Neither effect adds damage. The item helps you use the ultimate more often and does nothing to make it hit harder.
The item appears under two names, Capacitive Battery and Capacious Battery. Both names mean the same held item.
