What does Enhanced Lightning Blade do?
Enhanced Lightning Blade, a skill of the Aniimo Fulmintis, increases its skill CRIT rate for 20 seconds, but the size of the boost is unsettled: it is given as both 35% and 25%.
Every skill critical hit during the 20 seconds restores 4 EP through Electro Stash.
Fulmintis operates as an Electric-element DPS with a base physical attack of 130, which is one of the highest in the game. Kit mechanics that raise critical strike consistency help replenish energy during attack rotations, which keeps combat skills active.
Higher skill critical rates also trigger status conditions built into Fulmintis's other attacks. Holding its E ability, Lightning Blade Impact, enters Aim Mode to fire two Electric Blade Shock Waves. Critical hits landed by those shock waves inflict Paralysis on the target.
Not settled: The exact skill critical strike rate increase is not settled yet, with values appearing as both 25% and 35%.
