The short version

  1. Fulmintis is an Electric-element DPS Aniimo with a base physical attack of 130, one of the highest in the game.
  2. Electro Stash, its passive, restores 4 EP whenever one of its skills lands a critical hit, so crit rate is also energy.
  3. Lightning Blade Storm keeps slashing until Energy runs out, and every three consecutive hits add 100% to the damage of the closing Spinning Slash.
  4. Lightning Claw grants a 50% crit rate, and Enhanced Lightning Blade raises skill CRIT rate for 20 seconds by a figure that is not settled (35% or 25%).
  5. The ultimate has a base power of 180, hits everything in a straight line and paralyzes the targets.

Fulmintis is an Electric-element Aniimo built to do one job: deal damage. It fills the DPS role, and its base physical attack of 130 is one of the highest in the game, so the raw numbers are already on your side before you pick a single skill.

What makes it interesting is how the kit ties together. Fulmintis is built around critical hits. Its passive turns crits into energy, its buff skills push crit rate up, and its main combo spends that energy on a long string of slashes. Get the crit rate high and the whole thing feeds itself.

This page covers the full set of Fulmintis skills: Lightning Blade Storm and the Q skill, the E ability, the ultimate, Cloak, and the crit build that holds it all together.

Fulmintis is an Electric element DPS Aniimo built around critical hits.

Electro Stash: why Fulmintis wants crits

Fulmintis's passive trait is called Electro Stash. Whenever one of its skills lands a critical hit, it restores 4 EP.

That sounds small, and on a single hit it is. The point is that Fulmintis's best damage comes from skills that eat Energy continuously, so every crit along the way puts some of it back. A Fulmintis with a low crit rate runs dry. A Fulmintis that crits often keeps swinging. That is the reason the rest of the kit is so heavy on crit rate, and the reason you should build for it.

4 EP

Restored per skill crit

Electro Stash refunds Energy every time a skill lands a critical hit, so raising crit rate keeps Fulmintis's Energy flowing.

Lightning Blade Storm and the Spinning Slash

Lightning Blade Storm is the centre of the kit. It dashes toward a target and continuously drains Energy while executing slashes until that Energy is depleted. It concludes with a final Spinning Slash dealing 26 Might damage, which fires either when the Energy runs out or when you press the skill button again.

The finisher is where the damage hides. Every three consecutive hits you land during Lightning Blade Storm increase the final Spinning Slash's damage by 100%. A long, unbroken string of slashes makes the closing spin far stronger than its base figure suggests, so the skill rewards staying on target rather than cutting it short.

The Q combat skill, Lightning Rush, is described the same way: it dashes in to close on the target, continuously consumes Energy to deliver a barrage of consecutive slashes, and ends in a Spinning Slash when Energy is depleted or the skill is triggered again.

This is where Electro Stash earns its place. Each crit in the barrage hands back 4 EP, which is Energy the storm can keep spending.

100%

Spinning Slash bonus per three hits

Every three consecutive hits during Lightning Blade Storm add 100% to the final Spinning Slash, so landing the full barrage pays off.

Lightning Blade Impact, the ultimate and paralysis

Fulmintis's abilities can inflict paralysis, and two parts of the kit do it.

The E ability, Lightning Blade Impact, coats the weapon in electricity. Hold it to enter Aim Mode and fire two Electric Blade Shock Waves. Critical hits from those waves inflict Paralysis on the target. How long that paralysis lasts is not settled: it is given as both 1 second and 6 seconds. Either way it is tied to crits, which is one more reason to stack crit rate.

The ultimate has a base power of 180. It deals damage to targets in a straight line and paralyzes them, so line enemies up before you use it and you get both the damage and the lockdown on all of them.

Crit rate skills: Lightning Claw and Enhanced Lightning Blade

Two skills exist mainly to push crit rate up, and they are what turn the passive from a nice extra into the engine of the build.

Lightning Claw increases critical strike rate, granting a 50% crit rate.

Enhanced Lightning Blade increases Fulmintis's skill CRIT rate for 20 seconds. The size of the boost is not settled: it is given as both 35% and 25%. Whichever figure holds in your game, the useful habit is the same. Turn it on, then spend those 20 seconds on Lightning Blade Storm, where every crit refunds EP and keeps the barrage going toward a bigger Spinning Slash.

Cloak and the zero EP skill

Not everything in the kit is about damage. Fulmintis has a Cloak skill that lets it enter a cloaked state and turn invisible, which gives you a way to reposition or pick when a fight starts.

Fulmintis also has a skill that costs zero EP. On an Aniimo whose main combo burns through Energy, having something to use while you are empty matters.

Where to start

Build Fulmintis for crit rate first. Use Lightning Claw and Enhanced Lightning Blade to raise it, then spend the window on Lightning Blade Storm, keeping the hits unbroken so Electro Stash refunds EP and the Spinning Slash grows. Save the ultimate for enemies standing in a line.
