What does the Spark Elf statue photo give?

The reward for photographing the Spark Elf statue in Horizon Square is unsettled: it is given both as 5 event sparks along with event points and as 5 fire bolts.

This one is not settled.

Both versions are shown because the disagreement is itself information — usually it means the mechanic changed between beta builds.

Whichever name it goes by, the photo pays in the event's own currency, not in general rewards. Fire bolts and event sparks both feed the Spark Elf event's personal track, so the photo is a small step toward the free Sparkelf egg rather than a prize of its own.

Taking the photo is not the only thing the statue does. Interacting with the Spark Elf statue in Horizon Square gives bonus event sparks, and interacting with the Spark Elf event object gives 10 points. Do both while you are standing there: they cost you nothing and stack with the photo.

## Where five sparks fits

Five is small against the 200 personal Spark points that award the Sparkelf egg. The statue is a quick top-up when you pass through Horizon Square. Your daily quests are the main income. Those quests refresh each day, and the event runs for 81 days, so you have time to get there. Points you earn also count toward the server-wide track, which needs 200 million in total.

Not settled: The game gives the photo's reward two ways: as 5 event sparks plus event points, and as 5 fire bolts. Which name and which extras you actually get is not settled. Check your event currency before and after the photo to see which one goes up.
