What does the third Holo Interlink floor give?
The third Holo Battle Interlink floor's blessing, the Tubster Alpha's good effect, raises the energy (EP) cap by 15.
The bonus comes from beating the Tubster Alpha on the third fight's floor. Its good effect is the blessing, and what it touches is your energy ceiling. It does not give you a flat damage or defence boost.
This blessing is separate from the team buffs. Those are picked before each Holo Battle Interlink battle, and in a four-player team the team leader makes the pick, so the extra 15 EP stacks on top of whatever the leader chose. The blessing also sits apart from season progress. Season buffs and their progress carry over for the whole season, and star points unlock a party-wide buff once you reach 48 stars.
