Guides › How to Get Glimmer and Lumen Crystals
What is Glimmer?
Glimmer is a diamond-shaped premium currency distinct from Lumen that can be exchanged for valuable items.
◇verified at launch · Sept 2026
You spend this currency on items that normally require real money, along with higher-tier Aniipods.
While it acts as a premium currency alongside Lumen Crystals, you do not have to purchase it directly. A portion of the game's premium currency can also be earned by playing and completing specific activities.
What Glimmer Buys
Capability Fruit costs 1,000 Glimmer in the shop. Regular gameplay offers an alternative route, letting you obtain the fruit for free by exchanging 20 Potential Seeds.
Sparkling Cubes cost 1,500 Glimmer or premium currency. You acquire them by purchasing 100 Sparkling Crystals and exchanging them at Outpost vendors.
Event access can also require this currency. Entering the beta legendary Iresallis (Aris Halis) event required Glimmer, with legendary pity estimated at 4,500 to 6,000 Glimmer.
Earning Glimmer in Play
You earn Glimmer through quests, daily tasks, events, elite training, boss battles, chests, puzzles, branch activities, the battle pass, and the Holo Battle Simulator. Daily tasks and events are the most efficient activities to farm.
Not settled: Monthly pass payouts are not settled yet. Currency distributions across a 30-day period appeared variously as 3,000 Glimmer, 300 premium currency, or 330 Lumen crystals.
