How do you change an Aniimo's personality?
An Aniimo's personality traits can be rerolled at random after obtaining it by feeding it a fruit through the Change Personality button, though the fruit's name is unsettled: it appears as Soul Fruit, Psychic Fruit, Psych Fruit and Psyche Fruit.
Each Aniimo has a letter-combination personality type based on MBTI profiles. Consuming the fruit rerolls this assigned letter combination.
Personality sits alongside standard leveling, traits, potential Capability Points, resonance progression, and carried equipment as part of creature progression. Catching an Aniimo repeatedly until you obtain good stats is standard practice. Once you secure a creature with the stats you want, using the fruit lets you adjust an unsuitable profile on that specific catch.
Not settled: The item name appears as both Psych Fruit and Psyche Fruit in closed beta text.
