Who is developing Aniimo?

The developer of Aniimo is unsettled: it is identified variously as PawPrint Studio, Pocket Pair Studios, Poplar Studio, and Power Print Studio.

Aug 2026

This one is not settled.

Both versions are shown because the disagreement is itself information — usually it means the mechanic changed between beta builds.

The spread is in the name more than in the fact of a studio. Alongside the four above, the developer is also given as Blue Prince Studios, and even the closest variants disagree on capitalisation, Pawprint against PawPrint. Treat all of them as pointing at one development team until something firmer lands.

In practice this means the studio name is a poor thing to search by. If you are trying to work out whether a listing, a post or a download is genuine, checking it against the developer credit will not settle anything, because the credit itself varies.

The publisher is the firmer name

Aniimo is published by King's Glory, also styled Kingsglory or Ks Glory. That is one name with spacing variations rather than several different ones, so it is the more useful thing to look for on a store page. The game is free to play with optional in-game purchases, so a storefront entry asking you to buy the base game is wrong regardless of whose name sits on it.

Where announcements come from

Aniimo.com is the official website. The official Aniimo Discord is the main outlet for development team announcements, so that is where changes land first. The game remains actively in development, which is part of why surrounding details keep moving.

Not settled: It is not settled whether the differing studio names are variant renderings of one company or separate entities working on the project, and no single credit has been fixed as the correct one.
