Dazmand is a lightning Aniimo built around a fast start. His passive rewards you for acting in the opening seconds of a fight, and his Electricity Shock loads enemies with lightning debuff stacks.

How to get the perfect Dazmand egg
The perfect Dazmand egg is one of the Dazmand event rewards. It does not come alone. The same event also pays out a Thunder Soul, sparkling crystals and tumblers, so working through it is worth more than the egg by itself.
One of the event's research tasks is the part that takes real time. It asks you to catch Dazmand with at least one rating of elite or higher, and it wants 20 of those catches. A Dazmand that misses the elite mark on every rating does not count, so expect to catch more than 20 to finish it.

Dazmand's passive trait is Spotlight Moment. The first skill he uses within five seconds of entering battle costs no EP. That window is short, so the passive only pays off if you act the moment he comes in. Hesitate and the free skill is gone for that entry.
His damage plan runs through lightning debuff. Electricity Shock applies five stacks of it to enemies, which makes it the skill that sets up everything else in his kit.
Where to start
Run the Dazmand event for the perfect egg, and keep catching until you have 20 Dazmand rated elite or higher on at least one stat. In battle, use a skill within five seconds of sending him in so Spotlight Moment makes it free.
