Aniimo Discovery event and Aniilog research tasks

Two research buffs decide your Dazmand hunt: one raises spawn rates by 50%, the other raises your perfect Dazmand chance by 200%. Here is how to time your searches around them.

The short version

  1. The version 1.1 Aniimo Discovery event runs from 25 September to 9 October, and Dazmand is earned through it.
  2. Completing a page of research tasks awards a perfect Dazmand egg, so the research page matters as much as your searches do.
  3. The first set of four non-catching research quests raises Dazmand spawn rates by 50%, and the second set raises the chance of a perfect Dazmand by 200%.
  4. You can search the map up to five times in each 72-hour period. The first three are free and further searches cost one Vein Essence each.
  5. Free attempts refill over nearly three days and do not stack past the limit, so an unused attempt is a wasted one.

This is ready to publish as written: four sections built around the two research buffs and how to spend your search attempts.

How the perfect Dazmand egg is earned

The surest route to a perfect Dazmand egg is the research page. Complete a page of research tasks and the egg is yours, with no luck involved on that reward.

Research quests during the Aniimo Discovery event also unlock search buffs at the Research Center, along with other rewards. So the research page does two jobs at once: it hands you the egg directly, and it makes your map searches stronger while you work towards it.

Dazmand. Completing a page of research tasks in the Dazmand discovery event awards a perfect Dazmand egg.

The two Research Center buffs and what they change

The buffs come in two stages, and they do different things.

The first set is four research quests, none of which ask you to catch anything. Completing it increases Dazmand spawn rates by 50%. Because those quests do not need a catch, you can clear them without spending a single search, which is exactly why they should come first.

The second set of Research Center quests is the one that matters for quality. Completing it increases the chance of finding a perfect Dazmand by 200%. The first buff gets you more Dazmand; the second makes the ones you find more likely to be perfect.

The practical upshot: a search made before either buff is the weakest search you will make all event. If you can, finish the research first and spend your attempts after.

200%

Perfect Dazmand chance increase

Completing the second set of Research Center quests raises the chance of finding a perfect Dazmand by this much, so clear it before you spend your searches.

Search attempts: three free, five in total, every 72 hours

In the Dazmand event you can search the map up to five times in each 72-hour period. The first three of those searches are free.

Free attempts regenerate over time, and a full refill takes nearly three days. The catch is that they do not carry over or stack beyond the limit. If you sit on a full set of free attempts, the refill timer is doing nothing for you. Spend them, then let them come back.

That makes the rhythm simple. Use your free searches each cycle, ideally after your research buffs are active, and check back when the timer has run down.

5

Searches per 72 hours

The first three are free and unused attempts do not stack beyond the limit, so spend them before they replenish.

Paying for extra searches with Vein Essence

Once the three free attempts are gone, further searches cost one Vein Essence each. The same applies to other event attempts, such as entrance stones, which can be bought with currency after the free ones run out.

Think before you spend. Vein Essence is also what you use to obtain limited-time Prismana Aniimo, and its supply is the main limit on how many of those you can get. Every paid Dazmand search is Vein Essence that does not go towards a Prismana.

If you do decide to pay, the buffs are the argument for waiting. A paid search with the 200% perfect chance active is worth far more than one made before you touched the research page.

Where to start

I wrote the Dazmand article and returned it through the structured output. Before you publish, there are two things you should know.

- **The search refill timing doesn't fully agree with itself.** One fact calls the free attempts "daily". Others say five searches every 72 hours, and a refill that takes nearly three days. I went with the 72-hour cycle and left out the word "daily". It's worth checking which one is right in the game. - **I left out five facts.** These were the Bource, Chirpi, Luminelle, Nimi and Tubster abilities. None of them connect to the Discovery event or to Dazmand, and adding them would have meant inventing a reason they matter here.

The article never mentions the "perfect Scorchhowl", "perfect Blazen", "perfect Flamerion" or "perfect Leafy" egg searches. None of the facts are about those eggs, so those searches still have no answer on the site. They need their own facts and their own article.

Vein Essence gets a few sentences, not its own explanation, because the "Sparkling Crystals, Phenomena Crystals and event tokens" article already covers event currencies.

Most of this page was re-checked against the released game on 2 October 2026. The rest has not been re-confirmed since release.
