Can furniture be placed in the open world?

Only functional, interactive pieces can leave your private plot. Decorative furnishings stay tied to the Homeland and RV. The Homeland unlocks at Wayfarer level 20, while the personal RV home is unlocked by completing the early-game mission GoGo Homes from Fanny.

Deploying an interactive item outside the Homeland lets you use it directly in the field. Standard furniture layouts remain restricted to your private grounds, where group arrangements can be exported and shared using layout codes.
