Does Shrouded Mist boost Nebula Burst?
Nebula Burst's dark damage boost is stronger when cast in Shrouded Mist, reaching 33%, so it is best used right after activating Shrouded Mist.
The order matters. Activate Shrouded Mist first, then cast Nebula Burst straight away, while the mist is still up. Cast outside it, Nebula Burst still boosts dark damage, but by less than the 33% it reaches inside the mist.
In practice the two skills work as one opener. Don't spend Nebula Burst on its own and save Shrouded Mist for later. That throws away the extra boost, and the mist is the only thing that raises it to 33%.
The boost only applies to dark damage, so it counts for the most when the rest of your damage is dark too. The dark team guide covers how a dark team is built around that.
