Prismana Turbo, Glacy and Stellarys: skills and typings

Prismana Turbo buffs Dark damage for your whole team, Stellarys gets Chill Glide, and Magmarex spawns outside the cave. Typings, exclusive skills and spawns.

The short version

  1. Prismana Turbo is a Dark and Wind type with an exclusive Dark-type support skill that buffs Dark damage for the whole team.
  2. Chill Glide is an exclusive Ice-type skill for Prismana Stellarys and cannot be equipped on the basic Stellarys form.
  3. Prismana Stellarys spawns at the flower teleporter in the Forest of Falling Stars, and Prismana Ignitis spawns at Berrillin Dam in Berling Vale.
  4. Prismana Magmarex is Fire and Dark, takes 1.6× damage from Water, and spawns outdoors on the Zephyrus Land Bridge rather than inside the cave.
  5. A Prismana form can add a weakness as well as an element: Prismana Fulmintis gains Light and picks up a Dark weakness the base form does not have.

Prismana forms are the late-game variants of Aniimo you already know, and most of them come with something the base form does not have: a second element, an exclusive skill, or a tweak to a signature move. A few of them also live somewhere specific, so knowing the spawn point saves you a lot of wandering.

This guide covers what each Prismana form actually changes. How dual typing works in general has its own article on this site; here it is enough to know that a second element changes both what a creature hits hard and what hits it hard.

Prismana Turbo, Prismana Glacy and Prismana Stellarys come first, because they are the ones most players are looking for. The Fire and Dark pair, the Light gainers and the smaller skill changes follow.

Prismana Turbo and Prismana Glacy

Turbo
Turbo

Prismana Turbo is a Dark and Wind dual type. Its standout is an exclusive Dark-type support skill that buffs Dark damage for the team, not just for Turbo itself. That tells you where it belongs: on a team that leans on Dark damage. In a lineup with little Dark in it, the buff has nothing to work on.

Prismana Glacy's notable tool is Glimmer Shot, which has a very low EP cost of 10. A skill that cheap is one you can keep using without starving the rest of your kit of EP.

Prismana Stellarys: Chill Glide, typing and where it spawns

Stellarys
Stellarys

Stellarys is Aniilog No.006, and its Prismana form is a Dark and Ice type. The base form is Dark; the Prismana variant adds Ice on top, and the pair together make Stellarys an Ice and Dark DPS Aniimo.

The catch is that the typing is not fully settled. Prismana Stellarys is also listed as a Dark element DPS with no second element. Treat the Ice element as likely rather than guaranteed, and check its type in your own game before you build a matchup around it.

What is not in doubt is the skill. Prismana Stellarys receives Chill Glide, an exclusive Ice-type skill. It is locked to the Prismana form and cannot be equipped on basic Stellarys, so if you want Chill Glide, you need the Prismana one.

To find it, go to the Forest of Falling Stars. Prismana Stellarys spawns at the flower teleporter there.

Prismana Stellarys spawns at the flower teleporter in the Forest of Falling Stars and gets the exclusive Ice skill Chill Glide.

Prismana Magmarex and Prismana Ignitis: the Fire and Dark pair

Magmarex
Magmarex

Two Prismana forms end up as the same pair of elements. Prismana Magmarex is Fire and Dark, and Prismana Ignitis is Dark and Fire.

Magmarex takes 1.6× damage from Water attacks. Water is super-effective against only one of its two elements, which is why the number sits where it does. Its other details are less tidy. Whether it has an exclusive skill at all is unsettled: it is described both as having none and as having one that guarantees a stun lasting 1 second less than its base counterpart's.

The spawns are clearer. Prismana Magmarex spawns outdoors on the Zephyrus Land Bridge, not inside the cave, so do not spend your time searching the interior. Prismana Ignitis spawns at Berrillin Dam in Berling Vale.

1.6×

Water damage taken by Prismana Magmarex

Water is super effective against only one of its two elements, so a Water attacker is still a strong pick against it.

Forms that gain Light, and the weakness that comes with it

Fulmintis
Fulmintis

Fulmintis gains the Light element in its Prismana form, and Prismana Mellow Bloom gains Light as well.

A new element is not a pure upgrade. Prismana Fulmintis gains a weakness to Dark that the base Fulmintis form does not have. If you are swapping a base Fulmintis for the Prismana one, check your team against Dark attackers first, because that hole did not exist before.

Skill changes on Prismana Grizbo and Prismana Panpanta

Grizbo
Grizbo

Some Prismana forms keep their typing story quiet and change a signature skill instead.

Grizbo's claw attack is a good example of a change that is mostly a rename. Base Grizbo has Fanatic Clawing and Prismana Grizbo has Claw of Madness. Both cost 10 EP, both have 40 power, and both use the same Rage and claw-mark mechanics. Claw of Madness already had those values in the beta. You are not trading power for anything here.

Panpanta is the opposite. Prismana Panpanta's water-ball skill is Water Cannonade, and it applies five stacks of Water Debuff to the targets it hits. The base form's Water Cannon does not do that, so this is a real difference in what the skill sets up.

Where to start

If you want Chill Glide, get Prismana Stellarys from the flower teleporter in the Forest of Falling Stars, and confirm its second element in your own game. Pick up Prismana Turbo when you are running a Dark team, since its support skill boosts Dark damage for everyone. Before you swap in Prismana Fulmintis, check how your team copes with Dark attackers. For Prismana Magmarex, search the Zephyrus Land Bridge outdoors, not the cave.
