Does the Collector's Edition include a battery?
Whether the Collector's Edition pre-order pack includes a Primegy Battery is unsettled, as it is explicitly listed on Xbox alongside handbook rewards and an exclusive accessory, but omitted from PlayStation descriptions.

The Xbox pre-order pack grants an immediately usable primary battery at launch alongside Prime Energy Potions. These console packages provide supplementary items rather than access to the base game itself, which is free to play without an upfront purchase.
The PlayStation package lists the Prime Energy Potions, but omits any mention of an energy battery. If you play on Xbox, the battery is delivered right away, whereas the PlayStation pack currently provides energy restoration only through the bundled potions.
Collector's Pack Contents and Pricing
The Collector's Edition is priced at $19.99 to $20, or €23.99. Alongside energy items, it includes the Collector's Companion Guide, platform-exclusive accessories, an avatar frame, and a doll cosmetic item.
You do not need to buy the $9.99 Advanced Edition beforehand to purchase the Collector's tier. Both options are standalone pre-order packages offered on consoles prior to launch.
