What does Irisalis's second skill do?

Irisalis's second skill, Iris Shot (also given as Iris Shadow, Irisalis Shadow or Flora Fall), summons one Iris Clone for a fairly long 30 seconds when it hits a target, and repeating her skills does not generate more than one clone per skill.
