Guides › Console preorder pack contents and web event rewards
How do you claim web event rewards?
Rewards from the pre-launch web event are only granted if players log into the game with the identical email or phone number used to pre-register, so that it matches the official game account.
Signing in with a different address cuts off delivery and leaves the rewards unclaimed.
This restriction applies to both the email and phone number options offered during registration. If you registered during the beta, you must continue with that exact contact method on the released game rather than creating a new profile.
Web event items link automatically to matching official credentials. They do not arrive as redeem codes entered through the settings menu, and an account started under different credentials cannot claim them later.
