How to redeem Aniimo gift codes and claim rewards
Redeeming a code doesn't give you anything on the spot. Here's where the Gift Code Redemption button is, where the rewards actually end up, and the login detail that decides whether web event rewards reach you.
The short version
- Gift codes are redeemed in Settings, under the Account tab, using the Gift Code Redemption button in the top right corner.
- The path to the gift code button is the same on controller and PC.
- Redeeming a code does not grant the reward straight away. It goes to your in-game mailbox, and you have to claim it there yourself.
- The mailbox has a Claim All button that collects every reward at once.
- Pre-launch web event rewards only arrive if you log in with the exact email or phone number you pre-registered with.
Redeeming a gift code in Aniimo takes three steps, and the third is the one people miss. You enter the code in one place and collect the reward in another. If you skip the second place, the reward just waits there.
This guide covers where the gift code button is, how redeemed rewards reach your mailbox, and what you have to match so that web event and login rewards land on the right account.
Where the gift code button is
Promo and redeem codes go in through the in-game Settings menu. Open Settings and go to the Account tab. The Gift Code Redemption button is in the top right corner of that tab.

Why redeemed rewards don't show up straight away
A redeemed code doesn't add anything to your inventory when you confirm it. The reward goes to your in-game mailbox and stays there until you claim it yourself.
That's why it can look as if a code did nothing. It worked; the reward is in your mail. Open the mailbox after every redemption. If several rewards have piled up, the Claim All button collects all of them at once, so you don't have to open each message.

Making sure web event and login rewards reach your account
The pre-launch web event comes with a condition. Its rewards are only granted if you log into the game with the same email or phone number you used to pre-register. The game uses that match to find your official game account. If you log in with a different email or a different phone number, the rewards have nothing to attach to.
If you pre-registered, check which one you signed up with before you create your account in the game, and log in with that.
New players also get the Pathfinder setup event, a seven-day login track that gives a reward each day. Like code rewards, these are worth checking your mailbox for, and Claim All picks up whatever is there.
Where to start
Redeem in Settings under Account, using the button in the top right. Then open your mailbox and press Claim All. If you pre-registered, log in with the same email or phone number you signed up with, or the web event rewards won't reach you.
