How do you get a region's bronze badge?
What unlocks a region's bronze collection badge is unsettled: it is described both as progress from completing quests in the region and as collecting different Aniimo native to that region until regional collection completion reaches 40%.
This one is not settled.
Both versions are shown because the disagreement is itself information — usually it means the mechanic changed between beta builds.
Each new species you register increases the completion figure shown on the map.
Catching wild Aniimo advances regional catch completion and exploration progress. Only newly registered species count toward the requirement for that zone.
Reaching that mark awards Vein Essence alongside the badge. It also grants access to the regional Branch and allows you to participate in local nurture events, which remain locked until that threshold is met.
Branch upgrades
Unlocking the Branch lets you infuse it with Lumin Amber to upgrade the regional passive tree. These upgrades improve your stats, mobility, and Aniimo capture rates within the region. One branch upgrade improves catch rates for certain Aniimo.
