How do you unlock Nurture?
The requirement to unlock Nurture is unsettled. It is given both as earning a region's bronze collection badge, which is awarded for reaching 40% area catch completion, also unlocks that region's branch feature and is needed to use Nurture in that region, and as collecting 30 Lumin Ambers.
Until that threshold is met, regional nurture events remain locked.
Interacting with a bloom fruit flower for the first time opens it as a fast-travel warp point and reveals map sections. This connects the area to the wider vein network for world teleportation.
Attempt limits and branch upgrades
Bloom nurture charges regenerate at a rate of one charge every 24 hours, accumulating up to a maximum of three. Each nurture attempt fills the local nurture bar, luring Aniimo such as Prismana Aniimo at Breezy Plains branches. Depositing 30 Lumin Amber to upgrade the regional branch increases daily nurture capacity by 10 attempts.
Once daily free attempts are exhausted, nurturing requires spending Vein Essence, which is also referred to as Essence of Vanity. The daily trader vendor in Astra sells up to two Vein Essences per day, and additional supplies can be purchased from the in-game Stamp Shop.
Not settled: Bloom interaction and nurture access is not settled across all game versions, with requirements alternating between bronze regional completion and capturing at least 80% of the Aniimo species in that region.
