Is Aniimo on Xbox Cloud Gaming?

Cloud is one of three Microsoft routes into the game, and all three land together. You can play on an Xbox Series X or S, you can install the Microsoft Store build that runs as Xbox on PC, or you can stream it. The cloud route is not a later addition bolted on after the console version settles. It is there on day one.

If you are not tied to Microsoft hardware at all, the list is wider still. Aniimo is on PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store as well as the Microsoft Store, on PlayStation 5, and on iOS and Android. Cloud matters most if you want it on a screen that cannot run the game itself, and you do not want to pick a second storefront to get there.

When September 16 actually starts

The date is firm. The hour is not. Launch has been given as 10:00 a.m. UTC+8, as 10:00 a.m. UTC, and as 10:00 p.m. UTC, which are three very different points in a day. The PlayStation 5 date is given as both September 15 and September 16, so the rollout is not landing everywhere at one clean moment.

The practical version: do not book an evening around a specific minute. Treat September 16 as the day and check whether the stream is live rather than trusting a countdown.

Not settled: The exact launch hour on September 16 is not settled, and the release is staggered enough across platforms that they may not all open at the same moment.
