Guides › Dual Element Typing and Form Variants in Aniimo

What are Prismana forms?

Prismanas are rare alternate Nova-stage forms featuring lighter colorations and occasional unique elemental typings.

Every Prismana variant belongs strictly to an Aniimo's final evolution stage.

Reaching this form allows a Nova-stage creature to hit level 4 in its homeland ability and primary elemental affinity. Defensive profiles shift alongside any typing change, because an Aniimo's innate element dictates incoming damage effectiveness while equipped skill elements decide offensive output.

Prismana Magmarex becomes Fire and Dark, taking 1.6× damage from Water attacks because Water hits only one of its two elements for super-effective damage. Prismana Fulmintis picks up the Light element, acquiring a weakness to Dark attacks that base Fulmintis does not carry.

Typing Changes and Exclusive Skills

Several Aniimo pick up a secondary typing in their Prismana form. Prismana Ignitis becomes a dual Dark and Fire type, Prismana Turbo runs Dark and Wind, and Prismana Mellow Bloom gains Light. Prismana Thornblade, which starts as a Grass-element DPS Aniimo, adds Water to become Grass and Water dual type. Unlocking a Prismana form can also grant skills tied to the new element, such as Prismana Stellarys gaining the exclusive Ice-type skill Chill Glide.

An added typing is not guaranteed. Pawnie remains a pure Dark DPS Aniimo with no secondary element in Prismana form, and Prismana Scorchhowl keeps its pure Fire typing without an extra element.

Not settled: Whether Prismana forms differ mechanically from standard forms is not settled yet. Certain versions give them exclusive skills, altered attack moves, and new ultimates matching their added element, while others leave their movesets identical to standard forms. Typing for Prismana Stellarys is also unresolved between Dark and Ice or pure Dark.
