The dex lists no traversal ability for Magmarex — it does not open new ground.
Movement: Fast and Furious Enters Fast and Furious state, increasing movement speed while allowing you to knock away certain obstacles, consuming stamina. That is a speed buff rather than traversal — it does not get you anywhere you could not already go.
