What does Elite Training reward?
Elite Training missions grant player experience and resources.
The headline reward is Somniwing, which you cannot catch in the wild at all: it unlocks at 180 Elite Training points. Elite Training lives in the menu rather than out in the world, so that creature comes from grinding points there and nowhere else.
The XP counts toward your player level, so these missions push your account forward alongside whatever else you are doing that day. The resource side is where they earn a place in a daily routine.
Which resources Elite Training gives
Star Sands and Star Essences come mainly from spending energy, and Elite Training is one of the ways to spend it. If you are short on either, putting energy into these missions is a direct fix.
Vein Essence, a nurture item, can also drop from Elite Training rewards. Report turn-ins give it too, but not reliably, so Elite Training is the steadier place to look when you need it.
Not settled: The facts here do not list a full reward table for each point threshold below 180, so what you get along the way to Somniwing is not set out on this page.
