What capture items does elite training give?

Elite training rewards top-tier capture items, including Anipod ultra vouchers and sparkling Anipods from milestones, alongside credits.

The vouchers drop from chests, and the sparkling Anipod is a milestone reward. Elite Training chests pay out credits and Anipod Ultra vouchers. Milestones on the track can award a sparkling Anipod. Separately, Elite Training gives tickets that you trade for top-tier capture items, so you have some say in which pods you end up with.

Your Elite Training level goes up as you complete quests and homeland activities, so ordinary play moves you toward the milestones without extra grinding. One thing slows people down. A caught Aniimo only counts toward elite rating quests once you register or report it at an outpost station, so turn your catches in rather than letting them pile up.

Everyday Anipods come from somewhere else. Daily activity rewards include standard Anipods and 30 Glimmer, which keeps your basic supply topped up while Elite Training covers the high-end pods.

What else the Elite Training track pays out

Capture items are not the only reason to push the track. Reaching 180 Elite Training points gives you Somniwing for free, and that creature cannot be caught in the wild, so this is the way to get one. Elite Training is also one of the main places Star Sands and Star Essences come from, since both are earned mostly by spending energy.

Vein Essence, a nurture item, can turn up among Elite Training rewards too. Turn-ins are an unreliable source of it, so do not count on the track to cover your Vein Essence needs.
