Where do you find Dewy?
Dewy can be found in Rose Tower Woods and in the Sea of Flowers, including near the houses next to Bloomville.
The most specific spot is the group of houses beside Bloomville, on the Sea of Flowers side.
That makes the Sea of Flowers the easier place to start looking. The houses give you a fixed point to head for, where Rose Tower Woods is only known as a region Dewy appears in, with no narrower location pinned down. If you're already working through Rose Tower Woods for other spawns, keep an eye out for Dewy. If you're setting out just to find one, go to Bloomville first.
