Where do you redeem gift codes in Aniimo?
Gift codes are redeemed in the in-game Settings menu under the Account tab, where the Gift Code Redemption button sits in the top right corner, and the path is the same on controller and PC.
Press ESC to open settings and reach the Gift Code Redemption interface. Both promotional codes and standard redemption codes are entered through this same screen under the Account submenu.
Make sure you are playing on the intended character and server before claiming anything. Progression, characters, and game data are tied to specific regional servers and cannot be transferred between them, meaning items claimed on one server will not follow you if you start over on another.
Rewards from the pre-launch web event do not require entering a code here. Those gifts are granted only when you log in using the identical email or phone number that you used during pre-registration.
