Where is Alpha Geoclaw located?

Selecting Go on an unknown Alpha Aniimo marks and tracks its spawn location on the map.

When navigating toward that marker along the river near the giant hole, look for the opening cleared by Earthquake Revelation. Proceed through the tunnel section and follow the path to reach Alpha Geoclaw at the far end of the cave.

Catching Alpha Geoclaw

Wild Alpha bosses cannot be captured mid-fight. You must defeat Alpha Geoclaw in battle first, breaking its Break Gauge to stagger it and open windows for increased damage.

Once the encounter ends, standard Aniipods carry low base capture rates between 8 and 12 percent, averaging around 10% per attempt. An Anipod Ultra provides a guaranteed 100% catch rate. Attempting the capture requires Primegy, an energy pool that regenerates over time separate from combat stamina. Glimmer can be spent a limited number of times daily to replenish Primegy for boss captures.
