Are Prismana Aniimo good homeland workers?

Level 4 is one tier above anything a regular Aniimo reaches, even after full evolution. Evolving a regular Aniimo from Lumin to Nova stage raises its home abilities to level 3, and that is where it stops. A Prismana goes one further, so a Prismana is a step up on your best evolved worker, not a sideways swap.

The only other route to level 4 is a legendary. For most players a Prismana is the practical way to get a level 4 worker into the Homeland.

Every worker eats, whatever its tier. Each one consumes food at 10 per minute, and an unfed worker loses efficiency. A level 4 skill does you no good if the pantry runs dry, so plan your food supply around the size of your workforce.

Turning a worker you already own into a Prismana

You do not need a new creature to get a Prismana worker. A Prismana Orb (or Morph Orb), a consumable sold in the shop, transforms an eligible Aniimo you own into its Prismana form. The condition is that you have already acquired that species' Prismana form and registered it in your collection. Until then, the Orb does nothing for that species.

Homeland work versus combat

The level 4 work skill is the settled advantage. Combat is a different matter: whether Prismana have higher base stats than standard forms is not settled. They are described both as stronger and as sharing identical base stats with the other forms of the same Aniimo, which would make them cosmetic in battle. If you want one for the Homeland, that question does not affect you.
