Are Prismana Aniimo better workers?

Prismana and legendaries are the only Aniimo whose work skills reach level 4. Everything else tops out lower. Evolving a regular Aniimo from Lumin to Nova stage raises its home abilities to level 3, so a fully evolved ordinary worker still sits one level under a Prismana.

That gap matters most on the jobs that lean hardest on skill. Mines and mining plots want an Earth-type with a high ground stat, and a level three Earth-type already works well there. A Prismana Earth-type is the upgrade on that. The same logic applies to Fire-types on kilns and cooking facilities: element decides which station an Aniimo can staff, and the Prismana version does that job better.

A Prismana is not a substitute for the right element or ability. Perfumery is the clearest case. Only Dewy and its evolution Fragrancier have that work ability, so no Prismana of another line can cover it. Pick the worker for the job first, then prefer the Prismana of it if you have one.
