Can Lucky Strikes trigger Prismana flow?

The roll is flat. A catch attempt carries the same base probability of starting a flow whether the region is already soaked in Prismana energy or completely bare, and that rate does not climb across repeated attempts. You cannot stack the odds by grinding one spot. You take the same chance every time.

That makes the Lucky Strike a bonus on top of normal catching rather than a strategy you build around. It is worth wanting anyway, because a strike also awards items and raises the prismic energy in the area around you. Even the strikes that do not open a flow leave the zone in better shape than they found it.

Nurture is still the main route

Prismana flow comes primarily through Nurture. Nurturing cultivates an area so it generates Prismana energy, helps you capture Prismana Aniimo once they show, and lets you change the weather, which matters because specific weather conditions trigger Prismana spawns in certain locations. Capturing a lot of Aniimo in one zone also lets you release Prismana energy there. If you want Prismana on purpose, that is the loop. Lucky Strikes are the version that happens to you while you are doing something else.

What a Prismana is actually worth

Do not expect a power upgrade. Different forms of the same Aniimo share identical base stats, and Prismana variants do not inherently come with better stats, moves or abilities. A Prismana can also roll shiny or sparkling status at the same time, so the two are independent.

What does vary is typing and skills, per species. Prismana Stellarys is Dark and Ice, Prismana Grizzbolt is Dark and Earth, while Prismana Pawney keeps its standard pure Dark and Prismana Ignitis shares the typing of its Highland form. Some carry exclusive skills: Prismana Fenmane has a Light-element skill despite Fenmane being Lightning, Prismana Blazen has a Dark-type one though it deals less break damage than other Break Aniimo, and Prismana Glacie's Flickering Shot gives the whole team an unconditional 15% damage buff for 15 seconds. Not every flashy-looking skill is form-exclusive, though. Prismana Glacy's Glimmer Shot is part of Glacy's standard skill set.

Not settled: How much a Prismana form actually changes is not settled. It is described both as a purely visual variant with a modified 3D model and alternate colours, and as an empowered form that differs in more than appearance.
