Guides › How to unlock RV expeditions and upgrade the RV
Can you visit other players' houses?
Players can enter and visit other players' personal home plots through co-op invites.
Visiting requires an active co-op invite after reaching Wayfarer level 20.
The Homeland system unlocks at Wayfarer level 20, which is your player level. You also need to complete the early-game NPC mission GoGo Homes from Fanny to unlock the personal RV home. Once players form a group through cooperative invites, they can step directly into each other's Homelands.
Affinity and trading perks
Visiting a friend's Home raises your per-friend Affinity level. Affinity builds through shared activities including chatting, meeting in the world, fighting alongside each other, giving gifts, trading Aniimo, and touring each other's homes.
Raising Affinity provides a concrete reward. Higher Affinity levels widen the range of Aniimo you and your friend are allowed to trade.
Layout sharing
Visiting is not the only way to share designs. Homeland housing and furniture group layouts can be distributed directly to other players using layout codes.
