How do I link my account across platforms?
Accounts on different platforms, including consoles, are linked by binding the same email address, which merges data across devices.
The email only carries your progress over if you also log in on the same server each time. Data on different servers stays independent, so a character on one server will not appear on another just because the accounts share an address.
Linking works across the whole Aniimo platform list: PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and mobile on Android and iOS. Bind the same email on every device you play on and log into the same Aniimo Pass account. On PlayStation you also need a PSN account linked. Use a different email on one device and you get a separate account with its own progress.
When a Steam, PlayStation or Xbox link fails
Linking a Steam or console account to your game account can fail. Report it on the customer support page under Account Issues, and pick the category that matches your platform: Steam Relink for Steam, or PSN/Xbox for consoles.
